The elegant restaurant "Bootshaus" with wintergarden, summer terrace and lobby bar with maritime ambiance offers a light, fresh cuisine with regional touch.

The Gotland sheep farming business on our land is certified organic. We are really proud of our certified organic lamb - however it obviously only features on our menu when it is available and in season. Our cheese also comes from a genuine organic farm called the Hof Medewege. Our herb garden enriches every meal with the finest herbs, all freshly picked.
